This the journal of a vintage camper remodel project. We are happy to share some tips on how to upgrade a Boler 1700, towing a camper with a Tesla, and our camping trips. To be honest, the renovation of our vintage camper took a lot longer than expected, but we had to remind ourselves that “Happiness is a way of travel, not the destination.” We finally completed the project in 2020, which turned out to be the perfect timing to go camping during a pandemic! By documenting our journey, we hope to inspire other vintage camper enthusiasts to start (or not!) their own project.
