Kitchen Appliances: 3-burner propane cooktop, stainless steel exhaust fan, stainless steel sink, new faucets, 4cu.ft. electric gas refrigerator and freezer.
Interior: New cabinets and overhead cabinets, new high-density cushions, new roller shades, new hardware, new paint, new vinyl plank floor, wooded countertop, and dinette table, adjustable pedestal table. New paint on the interior membrane.
The new plumbing system operates on city water pressure and through a demand pump. New 15-gallon sewage tank, new 24-gallon grey water tank. New 12-volt water pump and 6 Gal. water heater.
Electric system: New 12V LED lighting system, solar system, 16000 BTU furnace, thermostat, 12V deep cycle battery, 35 Amp. converter/battery charger, battery disconnect switch, USB charging stations, new electric switches, smoke detector, carbon monoxide gas detector, powered roof vents, exterior 110 volts duplex receptacle.
